Where Is Your Order?

We understand you're eagerly waiting for your order to arrive. Here's how you can easily track your shipment status.

How to track your order:

Step 1: Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email from us. This email will include your tracking number.

Step 2: Copy the tracking number.

(Note: The tracking number is different from your order number.)

Step 3: Paste the tracking number into the box below and click "Find Order" to check the latest status.

When will tracking information be available?

If you've just received the shipping confirmation email, please allow 1 to 2 business days for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping providers often require some processing time before the tracking status becomes available.

Can't find your tracking information?

Don't worry! Here are some common reasons:
  • Your order is still being packed and hasn't been handed over to the carrier yet.
  • The tracking number has just been created but hasn't been scanned at the warehouse.
  • The email might have gone to your Spam/Junk folder - please check again.
  • You may be entering your order number instead of the tracking number.
If you're still unable to track your order after 3 business days, please contact our Customer Support for assistance.
Note: Each order may be shipped via different carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
