Step 6: Order confirmation
Once payment is successful, you will receive:
- A payment confirmation email from PayPal.
- An order confirmation email from Jomimart.
3. Why Payment May Fail
If your payment isn't successful, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
3.1. Incorrect Card Information
Please double-check:
- Card number (no missing or extra digits).

- Cardholder name and billing address - these must match your bank's records.
3.2. 3D Secure Authentication Not Completed

3.3. Bank Declined the Transaction

3.4. Browser or PayPal System Errors
You may try:
- Clearing browser cache and cookies.
- Switching to a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari).
- Logging into PayPal again (if applicable).
- Using another device.
